Job Description:

  • Handle team of 8-12 sales executives
  • Achieving sales targets by successfully managing the leads and sales executives
  • Implementing the designed strategic sales plan by senior Management.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Take the sales numbers and analyze them to find weaknesses in the system, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies
  • Track lead status on CRM in coordination with Sales Executive
  • Interact with customer if required
  • Handle any escalations from Sales executive to close the sale
  • Train the team on sales pitch, objection handling and guide them for improvement.


  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education and self learning
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
